Management and leadership positions in public health and behavioral health over the past 5 decades in the Philadelphia region and nationally.  This work has included work with the City of Philadelphia, responsible for its behavioral health system, and more recently over the past 45 years leading Public Health Management Corporation (Public Health Management Corporation, 1980-2026) and now Private/Public Health Ventures.  During this period, active engagement in an array of public health and behavioral health professional organizations.
