In this interactive session, participants will learn the importance of negotiation and will be given a practical framework for approaching negotiation as joint problem solvers rather than as adversaries. They will gain skills to become more successful negotiators, regardless of the situation. Finally, they will appreciate the need for continued dialogue, even after negotiations have concluded. This primer in negotiation skills is designed to help anyone, in any field, at any level become more confident and competent in their negotiating ability.
